I did not have a lot of weight to lose but I knew I was not eating as healthy as I should and I felt tired and lazy and that is not who I am. I lost over 12 inches total and 2 sizes in my clothing. I lost 5 total pounds but the pounds I did lose were pounds of fat and I can now see my abdominal muscles and definition in my arms and legs.

Well I did day after day for about two months. I started a new medicine that packed on the pounds and within 3 months I gained 20lbs!! I can’t fully blame my medicine though. I ate large portions and fell into a funk, which caused me to sit my fat booty on the couch instead of exercise! I knew of Brittinie’s services but I wasn’t ready for her to kick my ass yet. I’m in Nebraska and she’s in California and I still knew once I started she wouldn’t let me quit. I woke up one day and looked in the mirror and cried. I cried and said I hate myself again and again. I first asked for her services when I headed off to Afghanistan. I knew I wanted to lose some weight but had no idea of how to do it. She took the time to talk to me when I was available all the way on the other side of the world. She worked with the limited options for food that I had and even gave me suggestions on what type of vegan protein to use since I’m lactose intolerant and whey protein destroys my stomach. My goal was to gain some muscle and get some definition. I was primarily a runner but I needed more. I have tried weights on my own and was not successful. I lacked the form and the discipline.
