Even though I have only been working out with Brittinie for a few months, I have seen so much improvement in myself, not only physically, but also mentally. No two workouts are the same so I’m working different parts of my body each session. Brittinie always pushes me to go with heavier weights while performing exercises and I always feel stronger after I do. My form while working out has gotten so much better too. I am starting to see more definition in my arms and legs and I can lift heavier things at work now. Brittinie is also very knowledgeable about nutrition so she always gives me little tips and tricks to get me to eat healthier. I have also been drinking way more water than before thanks to Brittinie, and I feel like my skin has been glowy. Honestly, there aren’t enough good things I can say about Brittinie, she’s the best!
